The price as it appears on this website is a representation of the price and is not binding if an error has been made. All prices listed on ecraft.ecrater.com are listed in Taiwan Dollars (NTD) .
ecraft.ecrater.com currently accepts payment via cash on delivery (where we can receive payment by hand and also via paypal (where transactions can be made via your PayPal Account, credit card or debit card) and eWay. Payment processing will not begin if you have not filled in all the information required on the online order form. Once payment has been accepted, we will email you an order confirmation and tax invoice to your nominated email address. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
Please note: We deliver to mainland Taiwan and US only. Delivery outside this area can be arranged however additional charges will apply.
All orders placed on this website are processed within 24 hours of the order being placed. ecraft.ecrater.com will make every effort to deliver your order within one (1) to seven (7) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) from the day your payment is received (delevery time varies depending on destination).
If there is any foreseeable delay in the delivery of your order, you will be contacted by a member of the ecraft.ecrater.com team.
Although every effort is made to deliver your order within seven (7) working days, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Estimated delivery times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after seven (7) working days and you have not been contacted by ecraft.ecrater.com, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00 pm, as all orders must be signed for upon delivery. If no one is present to accept delivery, a card will be left at the address providing contact details for the delivery company. ecraft.ecrater.com does not accept liability for a delay in the event that there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to post boxes.
You agree that you are not entitled to withdraw from your commitment to purchase the product due to a delay in delivery.
Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of 80 NT$ per order.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
ecraft.ecrater.com makes every effort to ensure the product you order arrives in the condition in which it was dispatched. However on occasion goods are damaged in transit to you. If this occurs, please email us at email@example.com . We will supply you with a replacement product once that damaged product has been returned to us.
We value our customers at ecraft.ecrater.com and want to ensure you enjoy your online shopping experience and are satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 days of purchase to discuss an exchange or refund.
If a product is returned and ecraft.ecrater.com deems it to be faulty, the customer will be refunded for freight charges incurred to return the product to ecraft.ecrater.com via the payment method used when the product was originally purchased. If we determine the product not to be faulty, ecraft.ecrater.com may refuse to replace the product or offer you a refund for the product.
Any returned product must reach us in its original, undamaged packaging. The goods must be in their exact saleable form and be accompanied by a ecraft.ecrater.com tax invoice. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is packaged appropriately for return freight.

Please be aware that once your order has been processed, there will be no cancellations permitted under any circumstances. Therefore, it is important to make sure that you have double-checked ALL details on your orders.
